Not a short-term Rent to Own, a 30 year fixed-rate Land Contract
Our sales are not some 2 to 5 year Lease with an option to purchase. The problem, of course, is that when the Lease expires the buyer has to be able to refinance and there is no guarantee that the buyer will be able to refinance at that time.
But we sell on a long-term fully amortizing Land Contract.

YOUR PAYMENT NEVER GOES UP. HOA fees and Taxes are not included in the payment and those can (and probably will) rise but the Land Contract Payment is fixed for the entire period of the contract.
